App Store Reject

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of App Store Reject (the “Service”), operated by Go Apps Go, LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account, uploading content, running a scan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@goappsgo.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Your Content

“Your Content” means anything you upload or submit to the Service, including screenshots, OCR text, comments, solutions, appeal drafts, scan results, and any other content you contribute.

License to us. You grant Go Apps Go, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, translate, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, including derived outputs such as OCR text, AI-cleaned summaries, embeddings, and aggregated statistics. This license survives termination to the extent necessary to maintain the public record of community contributions you chose to publish.

Your representations. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit Your Content, that Your Content does not violate any third party's rights (including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, and contractual rights), and that Your Content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

Removal. We may remove Your Content at any time for any reason, including suspected policy violations, copyright claims, legal requirements, or operational needs.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Submit private communications, API keys, secrets, or personally identifying information belonging to others.
  • Run scans against applications you do not own or have explicit written permission to analyze.
  • Abuse, circumvent, or overload rate limits, scan quotas, or tier enforcement.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to reconstruct the scan check database outside of normal documented use.
  • Use the Service to harm, defraud, or mislead others, or to violate any law.
  • Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Service, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.
  • Use the Service to train machine learning models, except as expressly permitted in writing by us.

5. CLI and Scan Tools

The asr command-line tools and related scan checks are provided to help you evaluate your own applications for App Store and Google Play guideline risks. Scans are automated and inherently imperfect. Findings are suggestions, not guarantees: a clean scan does not guarantee approval, and a flagged finding does not guarantee rejection. You are solely responsible for reviewing scan output and making your own submission decisions.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to clean OCR text, categorize rejections, generate appeal letter drafts, summarize guideline changes, and power other features. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate for your situation.

AI output is not legal, professional, or authoritative advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI output before relying on it or sending it to any third party, including Apple, Google, or any app review team. We make no representation that any AI-generated appeal will result in approval, reversal, or any specific outcome.

7. Paid Subscriptions

Certain features, including higher scan quotas and additional app registrations, require a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Unless required by law, paid fees are non-refundable. We may change prices on reasonable notice; continued use of paid features after a price change means you accept the new price.

8. Community Content

Rejections, comments, solutions, votes, and appeal guidance shared by other users are provided as-is. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content. Community content reflects the opinions and experiences of individual users, not the position of Go Apps Go, LLC. Rely on community content at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

Except for Your Content, all content on the Service — including the App Store Reject name, logos, scan check database, aggregated rejection taxonomy, documentation, and code — is owned by Go Apps Go, LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

App Store Reject is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Alphabet Inc., or any app store operator. “App Store,” “iOS,” “Google Play,” “Android,” and related marks are the property of their respective owners.

10. Copyright (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@goappsgo.co including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • The location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material.
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including the license you granted in Section 3, and sections 9, 12, 13, 14, and 15.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate, or that scan results, AI output, or community content will be reliable, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Apps Go, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost app store approvals, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the legal theory. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Go Apps Go, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
