Resolve your app store rejection in three steps.

Prerequisites

All you need is a browser. Create an account to track your contributions on the dashboard, but it's not required.

Three-step workflow

Search for your rejection

Go to the search page and enter your guideline code (e.g. "4.3") or describe the rejection in your own words. You can also filter by store and category.

Read the resolution guide

Each rejection page includes a description, numbered resolution steps, an example rejection email, before/after examples, and community-contributed solutions.

Fix your app or generate an appeal

Follow the resolution steps to fix the issue. If you believe the rejection was incorrect, use the appeal generator to draft a professional response to the review team.

Have a screenshot?

If you have a screenshot of your rejection email, you can upload it and our AI will extract the text, identify the rejection type, and link you to the right guide automatically.
