OCR extracts the text
Optical character recognition reads the text from your image. You'll see the extracted text as it's processed.
AI categorizes and matches
The AI identifies the rejection type, guideline code, and matches it against our database of known rejections.
View your results
If a match is found, you'll be linked directly to the resolution guide. If it's a new rejection type, you can sign up to be notified when it's published.

Processing status
After uploading, a visual stepper shows the current stage: Uploaded, Extracting text, AI analyzing, Categorizing, and Complete. You can track all your uploads on the dashboard.
